The Alps-Adriatic Center for Cross-Border Cooperation from Klagenfurt, together with the city of Villach, hosted the traditional and popular Cherry Festival on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Villach’s Widmanngasse. Visitors were once again able to enjoy the red and deliciously-sweet cherries from the Slovenian municipality of Goriška Brda.
