Some days ago the Austrian Ambassador in Slovenia Elisabeth Ellison-Kramer and the Styrian State Counselor for Climate, Environment and Energy Mag. Ursula Lackner visited the Municipality Brda. In front of the municipality building they were accepted by the Mayor of Brda Franc Mužič, the Head of the Municipality Administration Anita Manfreda, the Director of ZTKMŠ Brda ( Brda Tourist Institution ) Tina Novak Samec and the representatives of the Alps Adriatic Centre Klagenfurt Bernard Sadovnik and Mag. Filip Warasch. The guests visited the Austrian Arts Embassy , which is hosted by Fana Estate in Vipolže , got acquainted with the project Art Circle Slovenia and took a sightseeing walk in the medieval village Šmartno.
The visit is important, since with it the Municipality Brda builds its connections and strengthens its cooperation on the fields of good practices and tourism with Austrian decision makers.
