As we have already reported on our website , last March the AACC started a new project with the thema of cross-border mobility between Southern Carinthia and Northern Slovenia. Last year the participants of the project had altogether 5 meetings and prepared a lot of materials as the basis for the project.
This year- the project terminates by December- will be devoted to the visits of municipalities, regional development agencies and other interest partners, however it will be necessary to obtain the data about the number of persons, who cross the border out of various reasons. A final report will be then made on the basis of the meetings and the collected data. The report will also suggest concrete proposals for the development and the amendment of the public transport connections at the above mentioned relation.
