On Sunday, November 17th in the evening the match between national football teams of Austria and Slovenia was held at the stadium Ernst Happel in Vienna. The Austrian team did not manage to win in spite of superiority in all elements of the game. So it is surprisingly ranked second in the group, after Norway which Austria thrashed 5:1 a month ago in Linz. Slovenia however will have to fight for survival in the Nations League B with one of the first placed teams from the third quality class and Austria will play with one of the third placed teams of the Group A for eventual progression.
