For her life work and „nonverbal peacemaking efforts in multilingual crossborder pedagogical scientific and international fields“ the slavist, communicologist and language- expert Brigitta Busch was awarded the 14th Julius Kugy prize. The award was granted to her by the Community of Carinthian Slovenes.
The laudator at the ceromony, which took place at Slovenian Gymnasium on Wednesday evening, was Zalka Kuchling, the Headmaster of the Gymnasium and the President of the Community of Carinthian Slovenes.
