French, German and Polish leaders Emmanuel Macron, Friedrich Merz and Donald Tusk visited Moldova one month before elections, which are bringing a huge challenge for Pro-European allies of its President Maia Sandu.
The leaders promised their support and the possibility of Moldova’s joining the European Union.
The President Maia Sandu welcomed the visit of European politicians and stressed that Moldova has „no alternative to Europe “ in this time, when „its independance, sovereignty and peace are on a trial bigger than any time before“.
