On Monday, 3rd March, 2025 the new Austrian Government was sworn by the Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen. The government is a coalition, consisting of People’s Party, Social Democrats and the Liberals (NEOS).
The top positions of the Government in the new legislation period: Christian Stocker (ÖVP), the Federal Chancellor, Andreas Babler (SPÖ), the Vice Chancellor and Beate Meinl-Reisinger (NEOS ), the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs.
