In Davos in Switzerland already the 50th World Economic Forum was held from 21 st to 24th January, 2020. The motto of the Forum was „ Stakeholders for a cohesive and sustainable world“. Four days more than 3.000 participants from all the world discussed the topics , which were primarly connected with the stakeholders of capitalism, the Paris Agreement and sustainable development aims of the UNO, with the technology and economic related subjects.
On the agenda there were seven main themes, their different aspects were explained by top ranking experts. Among others the lecturers were: the environmental activist Greta Thunberg and the Vice-President of the European Commission for the European Green Deal Frans Timmermans about the solutions for the planet, the President of ECB Christine Lagarde about the fair economy, the President of the EU- Commission Ursula von der Leyen and the American President Donald Trump about the geopolitical future.
The other major issues were the modern technology, health politics, companies, prepared for the future and the future of our society and work.
