The first international presentation ot the programme of the European Capitol of Culture (ECoC) Nova Gorica-Goriza (Gorizia) took place in Brussels on November 26th, 2024. The cities officially accepted the mutual title from the previous ECoC some days ago in Bad Ischl.
This will be the first cross-border EcoC up till now. According to the programme there will be more than 400 events in the official part and similar number of accompanying events on the schedule.
