At the celebration on 18th April 2023 in Viennese Hofburg the Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen in the presence of the Vice- Chancellor Werner Kogler swore in Kaiser as the Governor of Carinthia for the third time. The oath was finalised with a hand grip and signature – in the presence of Kaiser’s deputy Gaby Schaunig, the third President of the Landtag Andreas Scherwitzl, of his family, friends and political associates.
The President described Kaiser as a routinier. „I consider the positioning good and correct.“ It is however connected with a high degree of responsibility. He praised the change of trend in Carinthia with Kaiser’s start of the mandate and mentioned that the relations with Slovenia are now friendly also due to his contribution.
„I congratulate you from my heart ,“ stressed the Federal President.
